At The Ness Guest House, we’re committed to providing top-notch service while also being environmentally conscious. Offering quality, comfort and great value for money for our guests while reducing the carbon footprint of our B&B has been a priority for us since we opened in 2012. We support Scotland’s ambition of achieving net zero emissions by 2045 and encouraging the transition to electric vehicles by 2030.

We’re proud to do our part in protecting the environment and offering our guests sustainable options. Our private car park now features four electric vehicle (EV) chargers, all with 11kw Type 2 connector charge points. Each parking space has its own dedicated EV charger, providing one EV charge point for each guest room. Say goodbye to waiting in line for an EV charger or having to drive to a public EV charging station – charge your vehicle during your stay with us.

When arriving at the B&B, please let us know if you would like to use our EV chargers and we’ll email you instructions on how to access them. The cost of charging is £0.45p per kWh and payment is made through a mobile phone app.
