Rocpool Restaurant
Wonderful food, a real emphasis on using quality Scottish produce, top-class wines, classy décor, friendly staff, great service and rather splendid cocktails – our firm favourite in Inverness. Tel: +44 (0) 1463 717274

The Mustard Seed
We love the food (especially the desserts), very professional and friendly staff and a wonderful building with a cosy ambience even although the ceilings are so high! Watch the chefs cooking your food from your seat in the restaurant. For the cold nights, there is a huge wood-burning stove, for the sunny nights, there’s a riverside balcony. McBains by the River
McBains is becoming a real favourite of ours. It has an enviable location, right on the river bank with a very relaxing ambience. It's a husband and wife team offering amazing food, using the finest Scottish ingredients to create great dishes and excellent, friendly service too. And the cheesecake is the best we have ever tasted. Tel: +44 (0) 1463 714884

Café One
With views over Inverness Castle and cocktails that must be tasted, this is a popular restaurant with many ingredients coming from the restaurant’s own croft (farm). Tel: +44 (0) 1463 3226200

Riverhouse Restaurant
The best restaurant for the finest fish and Scottish Seafood in Inverness. Sit and eat the freshest Scottish oysters, overlooking the river. With a great selection of wines, lovely staff and relaxing ambience, it’s a must. Tel: +44 (0) 1463 222033
